Who's behind this challenge?

Kiki Smith, CFT, SFN is a Bodybuilding and Transformation Specialist, Strength Coach, and certified Master Trainer with a focus in exercise science, fitness nutrition, and workout programming for the over-dieted population. After overcoming her own personal struggle with fad diets, Kiki has made it her mission to uncover the myths of the fitness industry, and help women finally achieve goals that have been eluding them for years.
